Tribal Fusion Flow-open level med Anastasia Nocturne

Tribal Fusion is a fusion of belly dance with elements from other dance styles such as Indian dance, flamenco, modern dance, popping and hip hop, creating a unique dance with strong muscle control, precise movements and a flowing energy. The style is experimental and expressive, with great freedom for the dancer to put their own stamp on the performance.

On this class, we’ll focus on creating smooth, continuous movements and combining them into a cohesive, expressive flow.

Level is open! Everyone can learn something. But we would like you to have some previous experience with belly dancing.

This class will offer tools and inspiration for improvisation — helping you trust your body, respond to the music, and dance with authenticity.

Bollywood choreo-open level med Sunita Singh

Now Sunita is finally back for a long-awaited workshop in Bollywood! We will go through some of Sunita’s basics and build on them with new exciting variations and combinations of steps. You will learn a short choreography at an open level for a total of 3 hours. All participants have something to learn! Be prepared for a sweaty and fun session. A guaranteed smile on your face after the class is promised!

This course is aimed at those who have some experience with Bollywood dance, or are experienced in other dance styles.

Sunita Singh is a pioneer in Bollywood dance in Sweden. She has several years of dance training at prestigious dance schools in India and has taught Bollywood and Kathak for many years.

Eskista-Traditional Ethiopian Dance  

Come and try Eskista –med Biruk Eyayu Manyazewal,  a traditional dance of the Amhara people of Ethiopia, East Africa. The dance is known for it’s complex shoulder movements that build on isolation of head, neck, shoulder and chest movement.  It is joyful and fun, this is a unique opportunity!

No previous experience of eskista required for this workshop, just come and enjoy yourself.

Biruk Eyayu Manyazewal is a teacher of traditional Ethiopian dance, educated in Ethiopia and currently living in Sweden.
